Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of verrillandcharlene.com and your participation in any program offered by House of Legacy, including Covenant & Vows™ and The Foundation™.
By submitting an application, making a payment, or enrolling in the program, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full.
The Application
Submitting an application does not constitute enrollment or payment. Applications are reviewed personally by Verrill. Not every application is accepted.
If your application is accepted, you will be invited to a Clarity Call. Enrollment is confirmed only when your Coaching Agreement has been signed and your first payment has been processed.
Investment and Payment
The Foundation™ is a 6-month program. Your investment amount and payment schedule are confirmed at enrollment and outlined in your Coaching Agreement.
Monthly payments are a cashflow structure, not a monthly opt-in. By enrolling, you are committing to the full 6-month program and all associated payments, not to a single month with an option to exit.
Payments are processed via Stripe on the same date each month. Those paying by PayNow will receive a monthly invoice and are responsible for completing payment within 7 days of the invoice date.
If a payment is not completed within 7 days, participation is paused until the outstanding amount is resolved.
All investments are non-refundable. Just like a marriage certificate.

Scope of Coaching
Covenant & Vows™ and The Foundation™ are structured coaching programs. They are not therapy, counselling, or clinical mental health treatment.
Coaching is forward-focused, sequenced, and practical. If at any point we sense that clinical support would serve you better, we will say so directly and point you toward appropriate resources.
Confidentiality
What you share with us stays with us. Sessions, reflections, forms, and private correspondence are confidential. Nothing that identifies you will leave this container without your explicit written consent, unless required by law.
Anonymised reflections and transformation moments, with all identifying details removed may be used by Covenant & Vows™ and House of Legacy to encourage other marriages considering this work. If we wish to use your name, likeness, or identifiable story, we will seek your explicit written consent at that time.
Full confidentiality terms are detailed in the Coaching Agreement signed at enrollment.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including copy, frameworks, tools, program materials, and brand assets is the property of House of Legacy Pte Ltd and Covenant & Vows™. It may not be reproduced, shared, taught, or used commercially without prior written permission.
The names Covenant & Vows™, The Foundation™, Roommate Season™, and House of Legacy® are proprietary. Unauthorised use is not permitted.
Limitation of Liability
House of Legacy Pte Ltd provides coaching services in good faith. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on the consistency, honesty, and commitment each participant brings to the work.
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, House of Legacy Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the program or use of this website.
All decisions regarding your life, marriage, and actions remain solely your responsibility.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or from participation in our programs shall be resolved in accordance with Singapore law.
Updates to These Terms
If these terms change, we will update this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or participation in the program after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
