Who We Are
House of Legacy is a Singapore-based private coaching business. We operate Covenant & Vows™ by Verrill & Charlene at verrillandcharlene.com, a structured, private marriage coaching program for high-achieving Singaporean spouses.
This policy covers how we collect, use, and protect the personal data you share with us when you apply for our program or make contact through our website.
What We Collect
When you submit an application through our website, we collect your name, email address, and the personal details you share about your marriage and situation.
When you proceed to payment, Stripe collects and processes your payment information securely. We do not store card details.
We collect only what is necessary to understand your situation and determine whether the program is the right fit.
How We Use It
Your information is used for one purpose: to serve you well.
Specifically, that means reviewing your application, communicating with you about Covenant & Vows™, processing your payment if you enroll, and delivering the program if you join.
Nothing else. Not advertising. Not third-party marketing. Not building a list to sell later.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties, except where required to deliver our services (Tally for application forms, Stripe for payment processing). Both platforms operate under their own privacy and security standards.
What you share with us stays with us. That is not a legal obligation we fulfil. It is a standard we hold ourselves to.
A Note on Discretion
The people who come to us are not in crisis. They are capable, quietly carrying everything and extremely careful about who they let in.
Some have not told their spouse they are even looking at this.
We know that. We handle every enquiry, every application, and every piece of information shared with us as if your name, your story, and your privacy matter, because they do.
Nothing about your enquiry is shared publicly. Not your name. Not that you were here. Not what you told us.
This is the one place you can tell the truth about your marriage without it going anywhere.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is held through Tally (application platform) and Stripe (payment processing), both of which maintain industry-standard security practices.
We retain your information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary in connection with your enquiry or program participation, or as required under Singapore law.
Your Rights Under the PDPA
Under the Personal Data Protection Act (Singapore, 2012), you have the right to access or correct the personal data we hold about you.

Updates to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will update it here with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
